2. Service Provision

We utilize automated systems to provision hosting accounts instantly upon payment. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Delay provisioning for fraud checks.
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Modify or discontinue services without prior notice (though we aim to provide notice).

3. Payments & Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • Invoices: Generated 7 days before the due date.
  • Suspension: Accounts are automatically suspended 3 days after the due date if unpaid.
  • Termination: Accounts may be terminated 30 days after the due date to free up resources.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited email (SPAM).
  • Hosting phishing sites or malware.
  • Copyright infringement (DMCA violations).
  • Running crypto miners or high-load scripts on shared hosting.

5. Limitation of Liability

RC Hosting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
